Embrace Your Inner Light and Discover Your Confidence From Within
Freedom leads to manifesting what you want.
Freedom leads to feeling full of Divine energy.
Freedom leads to peace and ease and joy and love.
When I hear the word freedom, I feel energy moving freely—relaxed, peaceful, and effortless.
A state of ease.
A space where manifestation is natural, and synchronicities arise without force.
But then the question:
What stands in the way of that freedom?
What blocks the flow, and how can we clear it?
When I reflect on this, I realize
It takes a lot of energy to resist the flow.
How much distraction must there be to keep me from remembering who I really am?
A divine being. A spark of God.
What beliefs do I hold so tightly that I can’t feel God’s love right now, in this very moment?
Fear is the strongest force used to halt the flow.
But even fear wants to move.
It doesn’t want to stay stuck. It wants to be witnessed, felt, and released.
So I ask myself:
How can I let go of the block?
Where is the frozen emotion hiding?
I find it within.
And I meet it with the greatest power I have:
Focused attention. Presence. Now.
When I bring that kind, steady attention to the frozen energy, something shifts.
It begins to move.
To soften. To dissolve.
I don't judge it. I don’t try to fix it. I simply observe.
Sometimes the energy changes color, or temperature, or place. Sometimes it shows me an image, a memory. I stay with it, gently watching.
And in that space of observation, I start to feel my true nature. Vast. Free. Divine.
As the energy releases, I return to mySelf. Bathed in divine love, peace, and ease.
I reclaim all the energy I was using to hold back the flow.
And from this open, expanded place, I make new choices, new decisions.
All of this lives inside each of us.
Just beneath the layers of fear, distraction, and falsehoods—none of which can withstand our loving attention.
It takes practice.
Just as it took practice to believe the illusions we were taught was real.
But if I can do this, you can too.
Let’s begin.
We’ve got this.
